Applicants must be 15 yrs old. Applicants in High School are required to present School ID or birth certificate if ID is unattainable to Countywide Drivers Ed. Individuals not in school are required to present SC State ID to Countywide Drivers Ed. Countywide Drivers Ed is not allowed to administer knowledge test to international applicants. (Individuals that are not U. S. Citizens)

Teen Driver Education
State mandated program for students under the age of 17 looking to obtain a restricted driver's license - 8hrs classroom and 6hrs behind the wheel driving, plus an insurance discount certificate valid until the student turns 25. $260 paid at the time of the class, and $80 paid at each 3hr behind the wheel driving lesson

HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU
WE ARE A THIRD PARTY TESTER.
Our class teaches the basics of driving plus we show our young drivers the risks involved in driving.
Our topics include:
Alcohol impairment; Illegal drugs; Emotional driving and road rage non involvement.
A big part of driving is building trust between a driver and a parent. We teach safety first, speed control, proper lane movements, right and left turns, blind spot checking, three point turn, 100 ft backup, parallel parking, overnight parking.
